We are frequently asked what there is to do on Oahu...So we are deciding to post up our first hand experience with you. Here are one of the things you may want to do when coming to Hawaii. Outdoorsy stuff! Remember when embarking a hike please note to:

1.Wear shoes
2.Bring Water
3.Wear sunscreen/other protectants
4.Know your limit
5.Bring a snack, but don't over eat before a hike.

We gave Koko Head a medium to hard level of difficulty because:

1. You have to climb up 1048 steps
2. Vertical climb only.
3. Can be very hot, and there is very little form of shade.

However, we really enjoyed this hike because it is a challenge, and in the end you are rewarded with the most beautiful scenery ever!

Remember anything that you do outdoors can have some level of danger. Please be careful when doing hikes, and remember to stop when you reached your limit. Hope you have fun!

Aloha!! Hawaii Makeup Artist & Hairstylist: Face Art Beauty when on a little trail for a photoshoot. Not only was it majestical and just plain gorgeous for a photoshoot, but its a really breathtaking trail to do when in Hawaii.

Here are a few things we recommend bringing with you to the Hawaiian Islands:

Clothing:

-Shortsleeve Top/Tank tops
-Shorts
-Bikini/Swim wear
-At least 1 pair of Long Pants/Denim
-A light Jacket
-Athlete Wear (Running shorts/Workout shirt)
-A nice dress to go out in

*The temperature is normally 76-89 degrees (F), the weather varies between seasons, but tends to stay the same throughout the whole year.

Foot Wear:

-Slippers/Flip Flops
-Athletic Shoes
-One pair of sexy heels

*Hawaii has a lot of scenic landscapes to look at. There are many hikes and trails you can do here in Hawaii, athletic wear is highly recommended when doing so.

Accessories:

-Light Jewlery
-Straw Hat
-Sunglasses

*Most of the time Hawaii is a very sunny place. Wearing light accessories will make your time a whole lot cooler.

Cosmetics:

-Lip Conditioner with SPF
-Sunscreen/Sunblock with SPF 50+
-Light Makeup

*We see people getting sunburnt ALL the time. We would not like to see more getting burnt. SPF 50+ would suffice, as your skin is probably not use to getting sunlight for a long period of time. Reapplying SPF is also crucial to preventing skin damage.

Want to know what to do in Hawaii? Face Art Beauty likes the Bishop Museum located in Kalihi, Oahu (15-20 minutes drive from Waikiki Beach). This museum is very humble, and has one part that is AMAZING! So amazing you are not able to photograph. Here is a sneak peak of one of Oahu's Museum.

Total time frame: 60 minutes-90 minutes.
