| "My hair is so damaged and rough after I go to the beach"
Did you know by just showering or wetting your hair with tap water before going into the ocean, will prevent it from damaging your hair further? When you wet your hair, your hair absorbs the tap water. Imagine that your hair is an empty cup, and you just filled it with tap water.......Now when you go into the ocean, and your hair gets in contact with the salt water, your hair doesn't absorb it. Because it took in the tap water you placed before jumping in the ocean. Try it the next time you go to the beach.
